Many of our busy clients don’t have the luxury of time to write content and manage their social media profiles so they opt for the done for you service. Others simply want to learn what to do and manage it in-house.
Whatever support level is required, we can be flexible to suit your needs.
We can either drive the results and manage the strategy for you, or teach you how to do it.

How to work with us
There are 3 ways you can work with us – DIY, Done With You, and Done For You.
DIY
Learn, and then do.
Choose the DIY option if you have TIME, knowledge, and experience to implement the strategies yourself.
Rosalia will offer you all the knowledge, guidance, top tips, hacks, coaching etc, but you will personally be responsible for executing the tasks and implementing the strategies.
If you simply want to learn how to market yourself online, how to build a brand on social media, and what to post then you can go through all the learning on a one to one basis with Rosalia.
If you want to learn how to do it all yourself, then expect to have a super BuzzStorm session with Rosalia for 90 minutes online where all the knowledge and knowhow will be shared with you.
If 90 minutes isn’t enough to learn all that you need to be successful, there is a more intensive crash course option which is face to face. It’s called the “Beesness Day Retreat” where you can spend ALL day with Rosalia working on the marketing and content strategy. This is a full day out of the office working on the content marketing strategy and optimising your social media channels.
Not only will Rosalia give you all of the knowledge you need to learn, but she will break down the strategy with you and actually tailor a content strategy for you on the day so that you are clear on what you need to do to market your business.
You walk away with the exact plan as well as the knowledge. All you need to do is… implement it!
DWY
This is "do as you learn".
You will get all of the coaching and information you need, as described above, over the course of 6 weeks (1 weekly session per week) plus as much offline support as you need through email and WhatsApp.
We cover:
- Profile optimization. Setting up your social media profiles for maximum impact
- Shaping your personal brand message. Understanding your brand and how to effectively communicate this online.
- Understanding your ideal customer and how to find them through the social media channels.
- How to grow your follow
- Video training and coaching
- Where to post, how to post, and when to post
- Organic lead gen online - how to actually self generate mortgage leads
After 8 weeks we will start to have 2 monthly meetings for check-ins, further learning, feedback and coaching, and of course to brainstorm more ideas.
As this is the next level up, the ‘done with you service’ is for those who feel they need more accountability, more hands on coaching and feedback.
Typically the ‘done with you service’ runs for approximately for 3 to 6 months.
This is called “Digital BuzzStorm”.
Not only do you learn how to market yourself, how to build a personal brand, but you also get support whilst you’re implementing the strategy too so that you feel confident and clear, not overwhelmed and confused.
DFY
Done For You is exactly that - anything you can’t do, we can!
Only once you have either completed the DIY or DWY service can you sign up to the DFY packages.
Done For You is exactly that – anything you can’t do, we can!
This is for those who for example:
- Don’t have the skill or confidence to record and edit videos
- Don’t have creative ideas to post content and make it engaging
- Don’t have the skill or time to create Canva branded posts
- Don’t have time to post regular content on social media
- Don’t have many followers and need a faster way to build a following with the correct customers
- Don’t have the technology or software to produce content such as graphics, landing pages etc.
The DFY package entails handing over your social media accounts to our team who will schedule posts for you, create the graphics and content, engage with your audience, and hand over organic leads when ready.
Our team can also scale up your campaigns by implementing short paid ad campaigns, or even help you launch your podcast off the ground!
We have digital marketing experts who can also create landing pages, email campaigns, and websites!
We can provide the complete done for you service to meet all your marketing needs under one roof.
